Thanks! I entered that contest-- the International Aquatic Plants Layout contest for 2011. My entry ranked 1581 out of 1603 entries. Pretty much last place. No where to go from here but up! Here is a picture of my entry-- a Wabi-Kusa vessel for an African Dwarf Frog. 
I agree, everything looks amazing alreadyLooks to me like you've already got sweet aquascaping skills, I imagine your new and improved projects will only be better though!
The new issue of Tropical Fish Hobbyist has the results of the ADA contest, it was a beautiful issue
with some luck you might be able to make the hit a little weaker by selling fry. good luck job hunting

Yes! I have 4-5 of some well-started Apistogramma barlowi. Beautiful fish. I think the two mouthbrooding species- A. barlowi and A. kelleri are the stars of the genus. Gorgeous, large and bold. Mine act like puppy dogs and come right up to the front glass to greet me.
I am very impressed! Sorry to hear about your job, I hope you find a new one soon. Usually people unload some of their tanks after losing their job, it's nice to see someone get inspired instead.
