Hydrocharis morsus-ranae and Limnobium laevigatum. Both are frogbits but the first one is illegal. I want to make sure that if buy Limnobium laevigatum I'm not bringing an illegal plant species into my home.
I think as long as you buy it under the scientific name or the common name (Amazon frogbit) you should be fine. I haven't seen any European frogbit referenced anywhere around the forums I frequent, so I think you'll be fine.
