Whats on your back?

I bought a cheap green plastic table cloth from a dollar store and cut it into pieces for the tanks. Works well and is cheap.

I like your mirror idea, maybe I'll try that when I get a bigger tank. For now though, I have pictures of the only thing I enjoy looking at more than my stingrays, titties.

I use a background from the LFS that is doublesided dark blue mirror and grey smoke mirror. Creates a nice canvas for the living picture inside. Plus I can flip it for a different look. I can't stand seeing cords and tubes and to me, a white wall washes out the vibrancy of the fish environment.

:D (Is vibrancy a word?) :p

On my 30 gallon I have a background of those really old British Columbian trees, but it's close up on their roots... weird but it came with the tank? Anyway, I want to buy that Greek Ruins background from Aquarium Services because I have greek ruin ornaments, I'm wondering if it'll be too tacky tho....... ?? Most of my tanks are against the walls so they have a yellow background, but the one in my room has the background because otherwise you'd see posters that are on my wall (ie- anime, hockey, USSR flag..) and it would not look good in a tank :>
