Someone else mentioned it already, but I go to Exotic Aquatics in Parkville and have never had any problems.
Totally random question here....Do you work for said store above??

negative. it is the store i like ever since it came to the mall. i like it better than ricks fish and pet store and it is close to were i work . i work at sears in the mall
