what is the difference between feeder white cloud mountain minnows and regular ones? Same with dianos. Is there any dif. or is it just that the feeders are really small? I just picked up some to cycle my 30 gallon they were .20$ while the regular ones where .90$

I don't know...

But I picked up three white clouds today for my 10 gallon. :) They're really cool fish. I got them for $1.29. Kind of expensive, but they were fairly large at more than an inch long. My guess would be that feeders are smaller and less care are given to them since they are going to be eaten anyways.

the only reall diff is that there not well bred fish the feeders are usally imbred or left overs from massive overstocking/breeding and thas about it size dosent seem to be an issue iv had some pretty big feeders befor.

I'm beginning to think that the full size white clouds I bought are inbred as well. When I bought some golden white clouds I noticed that the regular white clouds looked very arched in comparison. Perhaps the bent spine thing? I did lose two for no apparent reason. The golden white clouds are much straighter. Maybe I would have had better luck with the feeder white clouds.

I started out with feeder whiteclouds and did fine. I was allowed to pick the individual fish I wanted from the feeder tank. which is important i think.
Also, I wouldn't put them from a feeder tank into a tank containing any other fish without VERY careful quarenteen ( sp?). The feeder tanks I've seen are usually unhealthy.
