Ok I remember I read somewhere when you have some kinda deficiency in the tank your plants are long and Stemmy, and the leaves are spread far apart..
And roots are growing from the stem above the substrate.

My cabomba is growing SUPER fast, but look how far apart the leaves are.. It doesnt even look like cabomba now..

Whats the deal?

Leggy? Does that mean when roots are coming out midway or higher up the stems?
 
leggy means large spaces between nodes.
 
I'm pretty sure that it's the low-light conditions causing the Cabomba to be leggy.
