This morning I noticed that one of the tiger barbs has something going on with his gill. On one side his plate is kind of sticking out far and he has this kinda white fuzzy thing under his mouth. He didn't eat either. I tried to google it but I can not find anything even remotely close to it. I tried to take a picture but I couldn't get a good one. I'll try again when I get home from work.

You need to isolate him immediately. This is one of the most contagious and hard to treat infections. Spot treating with hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip is probably the most effective method.
