Whats your 55g dream tank stocking list?

right now, my dream tank has been focused in a south american biotope direction... rooty shoreline, shallow water, tall grasses.. dark and overgrown.

school of marbled hatchet fish 10-15, maybe more
school of pigmy cories 10-20
school of von rio tetras 10-15
6-8 otos
some snails

I'd also really love a 55 gallon brackish mangrove swamp paludarium, with red claw crabs, mudskippers, indian glass fish and maybe some bumble bee gobies.

that would be so nice.

if it was 4 times larger, I'd like something similar with archers, and a canopy full of crickets.

What a beautiful looking tank that would be! I'd only be afraid that it would stink the place up, haha

If I was to start over again I would definitely go with cichilds.

mbuna, peacocks or tanganyikans...or a mix of all three but say it quietly because some people think you can't

i like the idea of a huge school of some form of tetras, and as was said before something to scare them into a school. i think when i get my 55 thats what i am gonna do.

1 red bellied piranha

they seem like interesting fish, and i've always wanted to keep one.... they dont really need to be kept in schools, and a 55G would be the perfect size for a single adult.
