plecos vs ottos

is it ok to have a pleco and a ottocinclus in the same tank? don't they provide the same function?, help maintain the algae. I was considering a clown pleco or a pretty pleco because of their smaller size

It's illegal to export blue eyes now. You need to buy them from someone that has had it for along time. Expect to pay $500+.
