What's your largest freshwater fish?

I have an african lung fish... he was 8" when i got him in march. last time i measured him he was 17"....that was in August..he is still growing...

I love that sailfin, jaysn.

My biggest fish was my 24 inch common pleco....I dont have it anymore, since I closed down the tank (grumble, grumble, I regret doing it)

Now its in my old neighbors indoor pond, along with all my other plec's.

Unfortunately, yellow finned barbs are, at least in my area, hard to find.

since getting these guys three years ago, I have only seen them one other time since. this one time was the only time I have seen a whole tank of juveniles since getting mine.

I have seen the odd one in a store, usually smaller ones (around 5 inches or so) that are brought back from people with 20 and 30 gallon tanks..
