When can I add fish? and how many?

My levels today are all 0! I'm all excited! I was going to give it a couple more weeks but should I add the clean up crew before the fish? and also do I add them one at a time like the fish or can I put more in at a time? I was thinking along the lines of 1 cleaner shrimp and blue legged hermit crabs but not sure how many, can I mix different types of hermit crabs? Also some snails - again not sure which ones or how many but will look in LFS and ask them what they suggest. I would like to adjust my set up in time to add a few corals so don't want to get anything that will damage them when they go in.
 
all sounds good to me...Yes, go ahead and get your clean up crew in the tank...Start off with mixture of 10 - 15 snails, and mixture of 10 red and blue hermits...1 cleaner shrimp is right for your size of tank..They can all go in together as it does not represent a real bio-load...Just ensure that you acclimatise them correctly..more so the shrimp....

what about starfish? do they count as fish when calculating stocking levels?
 
ok - I'll have to wait til I go bigger.................. cos I will have to go bigger eventually!
 
yeah, we always do end up going bigger...its just one of things we have to accept in this hobby...no matter how big a tank we get..we always want a bigger one after its setup....he he he he
