WHERE do you shop?

My question: where does everyone get their stuff? Live rock, sand, animals, equipment...

I just ordered "20-25" lbs. of live rock from Saltwaterfish.com I noticed how they said the weight includes packaging... then when it comes it actually was exactly a little less than 20 lbs... cheap *******s... and there was black stuff all over the rocks that i had to scrub off.

Then I ordered my Light fixture 2x 96 from www.aquauniverse.com
.. usually i buy stuff online, and recieve email right after i pay... this place.. so terrible two days without response I email them sayin basically "WTF" and finally they say they are processing it.. sigh..

So just made me wanna find out where everyone else gets their stuff from becuase I am about to buy 2 power heads.
 
For equipment, I usually order from http://www.drsfostersmith.com/ , http://www.bigalsonline.com or a few of my LFS that are willing to match or come close to the cost of supplies including shipping. For livestock, I am very picky and i need to see the live rock, fish, inverts, etc. I am lucky that in the San Francisco Bay Area I have a lot of good lfs that have quality stock. For my cichlids, I go to my fish club (Pacific Coast Cichlid Association) auctions for incredible stock bred by master breeders for a fraction of what I would pay at a fish store.
 
I kinda wanna get rid of some of the rocks that i got... big boulders =/
 
Alright i just bought 2 powerheads and some kalkawasser calcium from Marinedepot.com great place with nice prices, bought REd sea marine test kit here for 24 bucks, i think thats good... petco had it at 60 =/
 
I buy from Marine Depot (they have made a profit off me, power heads, test kits, accessories, RO/DI unit). I'm going to buy some things from Premium Aquatics, MAYBE hello lights if not marine depot for my ballasts. Corals would be reffer madness, i'm not sure if id buy a fish ive never seen before though.... marine depot live has good prices.

AND guess what I recieved today. Not even the item pictured... they do say its in silver but they didnt say that it would be a REFURBISHED OLD MODEL Version of it. (warrants me to get my money back from paypal),
1. There's no 3rd switch for moonlights. (description lied)
2. There are only 4 moonlights instead of the stated 6 (description lied)
3. There is NO glass shielding for lights between lights and water (not in description but emailed them and they claimed it did, i still have the emails)
4. WIRING HAS BEEN SPLICED??? TAPED UP???? --ridiculous...
5. Bulbs are 34 inches long?????.... wtf?
6. ridiculous. I am mad and i'm getting my money back... so NOTE

DO NOT SHOP AT "EBAY Aquariumlights" "aquauniverse.com" "petsupplyliquidator.com" ... used.. refurbished item... r i d i c u l o u s
