I bought nice silk plants for my bettas at Petland Discounts and am very happy they look nice and were reasonably priced you should be able to buy online if need be.

You can also start in WalMarts fake plant section. Also, look in your area for floral supply stores that say "Public Welcome" or that sell retail too. There's one in Pasadena, CA called "Stats" that carries all sorts of silk stuff.
