where to find flouescent light ballast?

For my All-Glass 24 in double light fixture. the bulb is 18 inches T-8 Colormax
ballast CAT NO IG13-20EL it also has 0704Y6 on the side
22W, 120V50/60HZ 0.2 Amps

0704Y6 is probably a date code.

you can also just go to your local hardware store. Sometimes its cheaper just to buy a new light however.

Try Amazon.com- got both CFL high output 2.5 wpg bulbs and balasts for less than 200 bucks.

did you try replacing the starter first?

there is no starter. I already took it apart, one light works, one light didn't . I switched the bulbs, and the bulbs are fine. could be the ends though, I can pick those up at lowes.

Could be bad sockets or connections , you could try reseating all the wires into the sockets.

But..I've had this happen before and it's probably a bad ballast. For $13 it's not a bad deal...just replace it and press on
