where to find flouescent light ballast?

I have replaced several of my old ballasts with ones from Home Depot...

Lowes didn't have the right one, I didn't try Home Depot, Its on the other side of town. I'll get some end caps from Lowes and see if that's the problem. But I have the ballast on order, it's already been shipped.

I am in the same boat right now, did replacing the ballast work? Mine keeps burning out bulbs as soon as you turn it on. Im assuming ballast.
