where to put 6x9s?

Seriously? one reply up top said Fords commonly use 5x7 (that's what they are in my truck) and then there is a link to Crutchfield where you enter your vehicle details and they list all the speakers that will fit and their sizes.

Not trying to be mean, but it's coming across like you are doing 0 research on your own.

it wont let me search for my car. when i enter in 1988, it doesnt do anything when i hit search it just reloads the page

im gonna tear out the back ones and do custom work to put 6x9s in the back, but in the front theres not much i can do i dont think. there arnt speakers in the door. there are just speakers in the dash, i suppose that i could cut a hole for them to go into...
