Where to start?

I now have around $100 saved up to start my reef tank. But now i dont know where to start. I have been thinking about this for a while now and i cant figure it out. I will have a protein skimmer just so everyone knows and can help me figure out when the buy one and set it up. There is also going to be a refugium, but i am in no real rush to get that set-up. So what should i but first? Powerheads? LR LS?

I forgot abut all of the test kits! I need pH alk. but the calcium can wai. I do have the tank lol. Salt would also be pretty important too lol.
