Where's Waldo?

In the last three days I have had to Turbo Snails eaten, a very small clown and a cleaner shrimp disappear. The only evidence I have seen is the brittle star fish eating one of the snails.
Is this a coincidence?
Fish population: 1 yellow tang, one lipstick tang, 1 moorish idol, 2 clowns, 1 coral beauty.
Cleanup crew: turbo snails, hermits, emerald crabs, brittle star, cleaner shrimp
Tank conditions are right on the mark for salinity, calcium, pH. No ammonia,nitrit

most likely the brittle was just finishing up some left overs. i'd suspect that you have a hitch hiker somewhere in there. After lights out get a flash light with a red lense cover and see what you can see crawling around on your rocks. You can also try to bait them with a few cocktail shrimp in some stockings etc.
