Which is better, a bag or a bucket?

bucket or tub/tote would be best. plus you can use them for other thigns as well.

I moved some pretty delicate fish from Colorado to NY. I bagged them individually and put them in a styrofoam cooler. They all made the 3 day trip happy and healthy. I'd say you've got little to worry about for a 10 hour drive either way you go. Personally, I'd go for the bucket.

I moved my Oscar and Dwarf Puffer from Raleigh to Cleveland in coolers, separate of course.

I have a bad experience about transferring fish by using bag because of that you can use a plastic bucket it is safety than using a bag.

I would say buckets... And just keep the heat turned up.
