You did get your answer though, Omega One IS a quality food. I would say it's as good, if not better, than Hikari. Check out their website, they have a full line of foods. My fish love their First Flake, but I can't find that locally very often. I wouldn't feed it all the time since it's fattier than average, but it makes a fine treat.
Bottom line, many hobbyists believe cichlids do best on New Life Spectrum foods. I like NLS, but feed other foods as well...
