Anyone know how much space a Remora Pro requires behind the tank? The depth is listed at 3.5 inches, but does that include the tubes in the front?
amen. however when i had a sump (that whole few minutes) i was looking around and was strongly attracted to an ETSS more than the others.wastememphis said:It gets the protiens out of the water... which would break down into nitrates and ammonia... so it can't hurt!
If you need a hangon skimmer... deltc makes the best ones.
For insump, it really depends... Euro Reef and ASM are good but you can't beat a Deltec or say smaller company like Lifereef or MRC.
that is exatly what happened. and it is a HOB coralife so its not like it went back into the sump. and it isnt like this happened just from not emptying it. sometimes it woudl jsut freak out and in a matter of minutes it would be overflowing when just prior to that it would be fun and untouched.wastememphis said:Your skimmer flooded the room? My euro reef flooded my kitchen like three days ago... but that was only becasue it was pushed back near the back of my sump and water splashed out ALL day, did your collection cup overflow or something?
