Which Skimmer??

Buying a 180g Oceanic RR, need an in sump skimmer for it. Budget is $200 not including a pump for it. Right now I am looking at the Kent Marine Nautilus Series or this one I found, the Super Reef Devil . Any opinions or other reccomendations are appreciated. Oh, main factor is QUIET. Thanks.

Neither one of those would make a dent in a 180s water quality.

Umm...ok, if I can't trust a manufacturers spec then how the hell do I know what to buy?

Have a look at Euro-Reef skimmers - they are generally considered to be one of the top 2 or 3 skimmer brands on earth. I have one on my 100g and it is simply awesome. They won't exactly fit into your $200 budget but they do come with a pump.

Kent rates the Nautilus EX for 400g, do you really thinks its THAT over rated?!?

IMHO kent isn't in the same class as Euro-reef, Aqua C or even etss. I don't think the reef devil can handle a 180. If you like etss I would upgrade to the evolution 500 or move over to euro-reef. You can also check out the new 5 series euroreefs, they are a little bit cheaper.
