Which strip light for 16 gallon?

Here's the tough call - I have a 16 gallon tall with lots of substrate so actual water is probably more like 12-13 gallons. I've got 5-6 low light plants in there and don't care to have an algae growth blow me away. Which one is a better choice that (1) will get the job done with anubias, wysteria, red crypt? (2) has easier to obtain parts so I'm not stuck if the bulb goes out? (3) I'll be able to put on top of the 16 gallon without having to worry about heat and other issues. I'll likely buy the all glass top so technically I could get a dual but a single lamp is probably the easiest. I've narrowed the choices for my 20" width:
