Besides, COUPLES do things SUCCUESSFULLY TOGETHER.

Hey Everybody!!!

Tank is in. Water is filled, and I threw a few plants in there. Don't know how to post a picture in this fourm, I'd love to show all of you.

Anyway, the girlfriend came home, loved the tank!....well she tolerated my 'need' to get the tank. Anyway, it's all good and I'm on my way. thanks for all the tips everybody!

HAHAHA ... Glad to hear that you got the tank in & the GF "loved the tank". I suppose that's why they say it's easier to do first & apologize later than it is to ask for permission :thumbsup:

Anyway, get it all set up, get it cycled & then comes the fun part, stocking it with fish!!. Once you get it stocked post some pics, by then you'll have probably figured out how to post pics ;) Good luck!
 
Looks like you dodged the proverbial bullet there. Hope it all works out for ya.

Take her shopping for some fish. Make a list first of fish that can go together. Let the tank cycle first though. You both can research on line the fish you might want and decide TOGETHER which fish go into the tank.

Anyway that's what works for my wife and I. She like the look of the tanks. I do all the tinkering. WE do all the BUYING. Wether it's a fish, tanks or added / different equipment. The reasoning and logic goes in between US first.


Really would like to see those pix soon :) .
