Whisper Filters Suck!

Today I noticed that my Whisper Filter wasnt moving any water, so i cleaned it and it still didnt work. Im gonna get a new power filter. Any suggestions?

I will love my penguin from now on after my move up from whisper and I see why people love them they can not leak due to you goofing with things
