White algae?

I started noticeing wihte fur on the glass of my tank, and now its all over my plants. Is this algae?

It comes off easy, i just take my algae scrubber and do one sweep over it and its gone then it comes back in a few days, but the plants my pl*co handles that but only the bottom parts.

So is this algae?

Sounds like maybe hyrda or a type of fungus. Have you checked your water perameters, both would feed on excess nutrients. I had something similiar a year ago, it did eventually go away, but was pretty bad on some parts of my tank for a while. I kept up my water changes, though did them a little more frequently.
