White and Orange Puffers

Hi There,

Went to the LFS (well I actually went to a few) today and saw some really nice looking Freshwater Puffer fish. I have come home to check on thier requirements to see if they need anything special but cannot find a reference to them anywhere.

The puffers that i saw were mainly white about 4" and had 1 bright orange spot on each side. I did ask the guy in the shop what they were called, but I also asked him what other things were called and unfortunately forgot (as per usual). Anyway..if anyone can identify this fish and has any information on it let me know,

red-ringed puffer maybe? (also called red-saddle puffers)

there's not really much out there about them but I did find this said...
The are called Takifugu ocellatus
This species has been difficult to keep in aquaria. Many keepers mention that adaptation to a fish tank has been rough at best. Puffing up with any motion in the room, lights turning off and on etc. are some of the troublesome issues. Probably the most common species of Takifugu sold for aquaria, the noticeable large neon orange ocellation on the dorsal area is the best visual identification mark. Grow out size is listed as 15 cm (about 6 inches).
They are said to be FW/Brackish fish....
