White,grayish spots, that move. HELP!

Hey All:

I noticed today that down in the gravel, I have some whit/grayish thingys crawling around. Is this a cause for concern?? And what are they?? All my fish seem to be healthy. I also know that they seem to float in the current as well, I have looked at all fish and ahve nto see any on them.

I have pics but dunno how to add them.
