white spots on live rock

Hello,
i have a 75 gallon setup established since August. i have attached a photo showing white specs on the rock. i think it is copepods that i put in to feed mandarin goby, goby dies and shortly after the white specs showed up. Any idea

No tank has that many PODs!!. Can we get a closer pic?? Or scrape one off for a better shot??

Maybe the start of Vermetid Snails. Hard to tell without a better picture.

I will take closer picture later today. Someone told me today they look like tube worms...
