White string from side of fish - Graphic Images

The "string" appeared towards the end of her QT time & when I saw the string(Friday) there was no visible hole yet. The hole did not appear until after I returned on Monday & the string was not present. The hole seems to go through the skin/flesh completely.
So my autopsy did not go so well, I do not have a scalpel & my knife was not nearly shape enough AND I did not get to it until 24hrs later.
First thing I noticed was chucks in whatever organ this is (kidneys or liver I guess)
On her other side was a mass that looked like brain matter sort of but I could not figure out what it is so I figured I'd post it.
Lastly this organ was right behind her gills and looks like it is filled with light brown syrup.
I know it is a mess & I don't know what any of it could mean. I am going to rupture the brown organ and see what comes out, I guess I will check if the chucks in the kidney/liver are hard too.

The brown sac was filled with a very light brown tinted watery substance & the chucks were pretty soft.
Not sure if I can help much, but I notice a red ulcer-like thing right where the hole was, not sure if it's full of something or it's a gash from the hole or what:

Although pic may be misleading, it took me while to look for my notes (most are lost)for name of pathogen..
FYI, try looking up Ceratomyxa shasta. Perhaps you can make better comparison.
