Its possbile, but im not sure on that. It doesnt have the same pattern or coloration of any marbled cray ive owned. This blue one has a purpleish color on the tail tip
 
I would guess Cherax quadricarinatus
 
Also a possibility pleco, although the the cray/lobster i have doesnt have the same bright blue color as that blue knight lobster
 
It is a Cherax quadricarinatus, which is not a dwarf crayfish species, they can be aggressive. They are from Australia, where they're commonly called a 'Yabbie'. I used to breed them.
