who keeps blue acaras?

i got 2 blue acaras i got them at about 2" and now their about 5" that was about 3 mounths

i feed them 5-7 small meals daily they are tanked with 2 jewels and a breeding pair of marigold peacock +1 CAE and a brislenose.

i feed then a prepared food(frozen)called "cichlid dinner"i also feed them mealworms and live foods(feeder guppys,gobys etc) which they love

they are both males im waiting for a realy nice female to come along to breed them with.
 
yea me blue acaras seem to love the live food and prepared (frozen) foods. they jsdut gobble up all the beer heart i give them. they also just love guppies and dwarf platys, which i breed also ina addition to blue acaras and cons. sometimes the blue acaras will get a treat of con fry too.
 
I get the beef heart at one of my local LFS. its frozen sally san francisco brand.

i breed my platys and guppies in the same tank. 10g. they just lay the babies and they grow eventually, there it lots of cover and also decor in there. i dont know the tank conditions now i will have to get back to you on that since i am not at home right now.
