Not only the PetsMart web price, but they match any printed price you bring in!

I have gotten the Big Al's prices on many things at PetsMart, and you don't even pay the shipping! My 5 bags of Onyx Sand were not only discounted to that price, but the heavy item shipping was saved as well.

Somewhere around here Geekrockgirl85 has saved all of our receipts...maybe if I'm bored later I'll add up all of the money we've saved so far by taking advantage of the PetsMart price guarantee.

It's probably in the hundreds.

I believe that it is a Petsmart policy to price match their website prices. Correct me if I'm wrong. There was a Petsmart in my area that use to match Dr. Foster and Smith's prices. I got a 25' python for $22.99, a Visi-Therm Stealth 250w Heater for $17.99 and an 24" All Glass Versa Top for $9.99 (some html editing before printing... hehe). I guess after this they stopped. I believe Petco does the same thing... match their website prices.

I don't know if it is just the Petco in my town but they don't price match thier online prices because "we have to pay the distrebuter and you don't have to pay for shipping and handeling .....". I wanted to get an eclipse top for my 20 and it was on sale at petco.com for $75.00 but regular price in store for $150+ and I got in a hugh go around with the manager about but he would absolutly not price match .com.

I much pefer to drive to sailfin for my acquatic stuff, used to work at Petco, HATE petco.

Got a $29.99 Master test kit for $13.49 by bringing the printout to Petsmart. It works, and it makes browsing for prices online very much worth it.

I got a 2 penguin bio wheel 350s for 26.99 each thats under $55.00 for both what a steal in the store they retail for 45.99 each. I just printed it out and took it in the store could not believe it didnt even have to pay shipping. I saved almost 50 dollars.

I tired this at my petsmart in canada-it didnt work.
they gave me some excuse about not doing price matching for websites.

They told me that they go by the item number.

What i did was add to cart then look at cart then print.

Price in store....$75
Price online......$43
