whos eating my plants?

So what lighting should i get to replace this one? the tubes on this strip are the double tubes where threre two tubes side by side....make sense?

Purple waffle rots, make sure java fern is not planted on the base stem, anachris is an iffy plant to keep, bacopa will loose bottom leaves in order to reach the top. 2 w/g should do fine if everything else is fine.

My mollies have strong "pecks" stick your hand in the tank with food long enough to actually feel the pecks/kisses of a molly and they have some strength and can damage leaves, plecos can damage leaves as well with their size and lack of grace.

The plecos are really fat they get veggies and wafers and a varied diet. But i think i found out whats going on. Today the ligh strip stopped working, this light strip was given to my husband a while ago and he ws told that it was "great" for plants. (he doesnt know about plants, he just tried it for like a week) so i believed him that it was a great light strip. Today since the light went out i look to see what bulb it has to replace it...it has a 6,500l 45watt coralife bulb. I dont think thats enough light for a 29g considering that my 10g planted alone has 10,000k 50watts. Could it be the plants are dying and the fish are eating the rotted plant matter not the plant itslef? and thats why i see it slowly disapearing from the bottom up?

Common problem. A lot of plants that come from LFS with short term setups and inadequate lighting tend to grow "leggy" That is to say they have long bare stems and leaves only on the upper portions of the plants in order to collect the light energy more efficiently and not waste nutrients on low growth that the light doesn't reach.
