Why ARE Men Happier ?

The 'girls' shop at the malls. The women shop online or QVC. ;P

We just shop.....;)

got that right ....its a fever ...i feel a fever comin on!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I went shopping too much when I was younger, I'm pretty much shopped out. If only my husband understood that ;) . I think he would be much happier with my spending habits if he had seen them when I was about 18 or so.

And I am very happy that alot of the things on that list are becoming less standard. I know there are men (and women) who still think this way, but if anyone ever tells me something along the lines of "my place is in the home raising children" they had better start running :dog:

Men hunt.
Women romance.

If a man needs a new dress shirt, he will stalk known dress shirt foraging grounds. He will enter the foraging grounds incognito, as he is wearing one of their own kind as camoflauge. When he has spotted his desired prey, he will then bag the quarry and carry it home to be mounted on an appropriate hanger with the rest of his trophies.

A woman on the other hand sees aquiring a new blouse as a romantic affair. She will enter the store with no idea as to what she wants, but will casually roam the blouse isle glancing this way and that until one catches her eye. When she has found one she likes, she will buy it, lovingly clutching it to her side until she reaches the next store that sells blouses. There she will proceed to compare her new love with the other blouses on the racks, dreaming about which one would go best with all the slacks and skirts that she has aquired in the same manner. This goes on for several more hours...

Meanwhile, parked on a mall bench are several men with glazed eyes and catatonic expressions on their faces. They long ago gave up the chase with their spouse as their legs refused to hold them up any longer. These pitiful creatures are in a sort of mesmerized trance, waiting to be called out of limbo by that rare phrase: "I'm done honey. We can go now"

It's a sacrafice, we know. But we love you gals.

Being a man can stink too, it is not all peaches and cream! :soda:
But then again I think only a man can say that b/c we haven't experienced what it is like to be a women, I havn't a clue.

Yeah, if your last name sucks, you can't get rid of it unless you change it.
And Mother nature did have a sense of humor when she designed certain vunerable parts of your anatomy...kinda evens out the cramp thing I guess. And there is that little sympathy thing you guys get goin' when another guy gets hurt...you know..you kinda turn pale, and hunch over, etc. Nope..not all peaches and cream at all.... :D :D
BUT that's about all I can think of. :girl:
