I imagine the word arowana is an adaptation of what ever the word is in the local language of where it was first "discovered" by english speaking explorers/traders. Like the word Ketchup.

Down below the quick reply box click "go advanced". Type the reply then scroll down to "manage attachments" click that. If it is coming off of your computer hard drive, click "browse" and locate where your pic is then double click it and it will appear in the "manage attachments" box. Click upload and wait until it is uploaded to close the "manage attachments" box. Then "submit reply".
