I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post this. I wouldn't call my tank "planted" per se but it has plants.
My leafy plants tend to get holes in them like those in this photo. (Sorry, I don't know the name of the plant. It's standard PetSmart issue)

I can plant a new plant and within a few days, I start getting these holes. The plants tend to stay green for a while but usually succumb to the holes. Is it the work of a fish or am I not taking care of the plants?
My 100g tank is stocked with: 2 angels, 1 black severum, 2 parrots, 4 yoyo loaches and 1 ruberlip pleco. I have one 5 foot T5 bulb for lighting. Nothing is "withering away".
Any insight?
