Why do my plants have holes in them?

I am having a problem with feeding it because the other fish go in for the algae chips I put in the tank. It's tough to get food to him. Any tips on how to get food just to him and no one else?

I have plecos too, and I know how hard it is to feed them. I feed them cucumbers, and zucchini. I use to blanch them, but now I do not (I think my plecos do not care). I use many ways to sink the food---a fork, tied to a rock ro drift wood, I even use a veggy clip (yes, it will sink wih it).

It might be the loaches, mine (not yoyos) like to punch holes in swords. Feeding romaine & zucchini slows them down. I try for 2-4 days a week

^ True. Loaches do occasionally punch holes in leaves.
