If you want to get into externalities, regulations, etc etc then you should probably start a new thread in GCC.

That's it. I can't take it anymore. Where the hell is my protest sign? Which, by the way, has been blank to date. Baby barracudas feeding on guppies? Are not feeder goldfish okay to pallet? Wait a minute, they're of the other white meat variety...<tangent>...

I know, the whole thing sucks for practically every other doe-eyed non-upright walking creature too. They're all cute as little tiny babies, then blam! You end up with an 12' Florida 'gator in your tub.
