Why is my fish not eating?

My angelfish has not been eating recently, she takes one small bite and then just watches the food. I had one small guppy recently but it died yesterday, i was thinking that the fish might be lonely because it is the only fish in the tank now. It always eats a lot and now its not eating all of a sudden, i use fish flakes and the first ingredient is fish meal. I was hoping someone could help me figure out whats going on.

i have a 15 gallon tank with a heater and plants and it is the only fish and is almost a year old.

Complete current readings from your tank and tap water from a good liquid test kit?

my tank has been set up for almost a year and the ph of the water was good.

Do you test for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? What was the pH of your water?

How often do you do water changes and how much water do you change when you do one?
