Wierd shrimp behavior and Apistos

My shrimp seem to be stacking up on each other in a big ball, sorry the photos aren't better but they scare easy..........And some better apisto pics now they are settled in

I am guessing they are making baby shrimp. I have 2 female amanos and one male and the male chases the girls all the time.

i found a TON of shrimp eggs got a brackish 10g up to try and hatch em
