That's a natural knot hole.

All the fry are still there and the momma is being very protective.
As long as I can account for all the fry, I'll let 'em do their thing.
I'm afraid of the male gettin' to 'em, 'cause momma don't want nothin' to do with him. He has a huge mouth for an Apisto.
