Wild Caught Apisto Spawn

I left all the fry in with the parents and dither fish. They have been hard to track with all hiding places. There seems to be only one survivor.
I did notice some odd behavior and more color from the male a couple weeks ago. I thought, "That must be spawning dress."
Sure enough, I have more fry today.
I would like to get more survivors since the spawns seem so small.
But catching the fry could be quite cumbersome in a densely planted tank.
Are there any Dwarf Chiclid breeders out there that may have some input or suggestions?
