...my bristlenoses don't need zucchini blanched - I just add med.thick slices, skewered onto a thin plastic stick and poke it into the substrate...all the bristlers, albino and gray, come swimming. Next morning 80 % is munched up and the peel has a lovely lace pattern chewed in it...
