Well Everybody I just bought a Rainbow Shark today and I was woundering if he will be okay because he is in a 55g with the following fish a JD,rainbow jewel,two lined cat, convict,and 2 pleco's

I think he will be fine in there. So long as the cichlids don't attack him. Maybe put in a few pieces of PVC pipe to give him his own territory to go to.
never really had any of those but the pleco but from what I've read on those cichlids, it should be an interesting sight to see during feeding hehe. Kyle
those rainbows make good tank mates for cichlids, along with bala sharks. I used ot keep bala shraks with ym oscars. PVC pipes to live in is a good idea since a refuge from cichlids should they get pushy would make them feel more secure.
