Will loaches eat Cherry shrimp?

Hi y'all. I'll be setting up an asian biotope tank pretty soon for a friend of mine and I'd like to stock it with weather loaches and some cherry shrimp (there will be more fish ofcourse) but Im just wondering will the loaches eat the shrimp?

never had shrimp and loaches in the same tank, but if i was a loach, i would munch on some shrimp.
