Can some fungal infections be fixed by Seachem Stress Guard since it's has antiseptic properties?

you should really use meds to cure fungal infections.

I could see it being used in minor cases, but definitely not when theres a full-out infection.

That would be a question you would have to direct towards Seachem.

I'd lead more towards Pimafix for a natural fungal med that you can add to your main tank without harming your biological bacteria. Can also be used in conjunction with Melafix or stronger meds.
