Well I have a 55g and it has a dempsey 4linedcat and a pleco I was wondering if I could add one more jd and one more 4linedcat to it
will they get cramped

I'd say yes - unless what you already have is HUGE.
If your 4 lined cat, your pleco, and your JD are like, a foot-and-a-half-long each, maybe not.
Be careful whatever you get that it's big enough to not get eaten.
