Will this be enough to Buffer my Frontosa Tank

Hi Friends,

Hope all is well !

Friends, I have a few Pieces of Dead Coral that my Friend had bought from a beach. I plan to crush it to small pieces / granules and use it in my filter to buffer the water. Just wanted to request you friends to kindly guide me and confirm if this will be effective or is there any special kind of coral which is the most effective ?

Also wanted to request you friends to kindly guide me on how much Coral will be needed to effectively buffer the water in a 212 Gallon Tank.

Please guide me Friends...

it should do the job. but i dont think we could really tell you wether or not you have enough in there. that something that youll have to test yourself with a kh or gh test kit.
