will this work to change water?

I was just looking at the picture harder to try to search for some specs and noticed something.... Is that something you already have? If so, then it's deff. worth a try.
 
i'd be willing to make you one of the w/c apparatus and send it to you with the fittings necessary (and instructions) to attach the hose if you want. of course you'd have to pay for materials and shipping, but i won't charge anything extra considering your situation.
